Very high quality blocks and they stay put when you launch out of them. Spikes can be replaced with standard shoe spikes in various lengths. The contour sole pads work great with the Adidas SP2 sole plates. Purchased this for my son who is a Nationally Ranked sprinter after trying a few other brands at $100 and below. Blocks are nice and heavy and dont feel cheap. Our school uses the cheaper aluminum blocks and my son will definitely be using his own blocks for now on for School meets.

By far this is the best one on the market. If you need/want a starting block that is a professional one or at least has that quality of one, then this one is the one you want. It works great on the track and really helps when I am doing sprints. I got this to help my son, who wants to start track this year to practice with him. He has autism and he wanted to know exactly how to use them. This made it possible!

This is going to be invaluable for training my daughter for the track season. It's not exactly light weight, but it is durable and on the right track, it will hold in place with no issue. Packaging held up during shipping and product was wrapped up nicely. So happy to have discovered this rather unique training item.

Easy to adjust, good for any coach or team that needs a new set of blocks. Ease of balance. Great to have to practice starts at home as well. Never hurts to have your own personal start blocks at a meet.
