THO SET THIS UP IT REQUIRED 2 PEOPLE. THE SPEEDBAG ITSELF COULD BE BETTER I FIND THAT I HAVE TO ADD AIR TO IT EVERY COUPLE OF TIMES O USE IT. ITS ONLY BEEN UP FOR 4 DAYS AND IVE ADDED AIR TWICE ITS NOT A DEAL BREAKER BUT EVENTUALLY THE BAG WILL GET REPLACED. THE FRAME IS SOLID. ID BUY THIS AGAIN.

I got this for both my daughter and I - both beginners. It is obviously not the top of the line, but we are not professionals either, we are just figuring it out :). The instructions lacked a bit, but honestly, you don't need them, it is super simple to put together. You will need a second person to help you mount it on the wall.Super great buy!

Over all it’s nice to have. When I went to put in the “wooden” cross boards, Which is really particle board, it that were supposed to hold the metal frame to the wall just fail apart and I had to mount the metal frame directly on to the wall. I will have to make a alteration ASAP so it won’t rattle to much.
