Troubleshooting Methods
- Could be caused by battery loose. Please remove the battery and try to install more than once.
- May be due to conductive material damaged which the laptop motherboard and battery anode and cathode contact position, you can try to confirm it with your original battery.
- Check whether the battery drive is in normal condition, if not, download the corresponding driver software to update.
- Take out the battery and press the power button for about 15 seconds to consume the internal residual power (Do not connect the power cord), and then reinstall the battery. You can try several times.

For the price I was expecting a generic battery but when I opened the package it was a new oem sony replacement. Tools provided definitely are needed and instal was tricky but took no more than 15 minutes if you take your time.

Battery arrived with tools in good condition, but when i put the new battery in my ps vita it still was having the same issues as it was with the old battery. It wouldn’t charge during standby mode or when fully shut down. I tried draining it completely then seeing it it would charge but to no avail.

Got a PS Vita 1001 from and auction for 40 dollars, it showed life signs when plugged in but didn't power on.Opened it up to find the battery was corroded. Replaced it with this one and it booted with no issues!Replacing it was fairly easy to do, and the kit they provide gets the job done.Battery life so far is alright, I get about 4 to 4 1/2 hours of gameplay before it totally dies (I was using PS4 streaming). I'm overall very happy with this purchase.

Got the battery with a higher amperage than advertised which was nice. But did not get any of the tools that it was supposed to come with so I could actually swap out the batteries. Not impressed.

It was just what I needed for my ps vita. You likely will need a YouTube guide video to install it. Can be complicated. I’ve zero knowledge of electronics and I was able to install it. Has tools included too.

My Galaxy Tab A has two issues with this supposedly compatible battery. First is that the charging is slow, about twice the time as the original battery. The second issue is that if I use the tablet, fully charged, while the power is plugged in the battery does not stay at 100% as it should but will decrease...even though the tablet claims the battery is on charge. I replaced the original because the Tablet would reboot itself when the battery got around 80% but the charge cycle stayed about the same over the 3 years I have owned it and whenever I used the device while the power was plugged in it would NEVER go under 100%. The only positive is that the tablet no longer suffers from random reboots...yay, I suppose.*UPDATE* Seller worked very hard to solve this issue and decided to replace the battery. The new battery works as expected and all of my concerns were addressed very quickly and effectively. Thanks guys!

This batt came with the tools to replace batt your self tops 15 min plus watch a youtube video to be shore top ..i recomend buy it .. special e replacement batt i was ready to buy new tabled. But its not necessary any more
