It was definitely a horrible experience to buy from this seller, I returned two but only got partial refund, I tried to install one just to see if it fit my trailor,however it didn't fit well,also the quality is very cheap made, so I had to return,basically I just tried without really installing it, it's still new,the seller refused to refund me and stated that I used it, if i hadn't used it,how would I know if it works or not? So, if you are 100% sure you can use it without any issues.Otherwise,don't never ever buy from this seller as you will not be refunded.

Installed these on a '69 Airstream single axle. Work as expected. I cannot speak to the longevity as I have only been around the block on a test drive. There was no lubricant on the six landings of the backing plate where the shoes rest and slide on those positions. In my automotive experience those landings would have a dab of grease on them to prevent binding and eventual wear and "grooving" on the backing plate. If you just want to change the whole assembly every once in a while don't worry about it.

The product was as described. It appears to be good quality and fit my RV Dexter axles without issue. The main issue I see was with the shipping. The items are heavy, loose in the box, and were clearly banged around in shipping. 3 of the 4 brake assemblies I received had to be re-aligned/put back together. The brake pads had popped halfway off the guides etc. Once I got the brakes put back correctly, I was able to install them without issue. The automatic adjustments seem to work as long as you remember how to adjust old school auto adjusting drum brakes! Just returned from a 2-week trip and had no braking issues. Overall good product and works well.

Everything needed to install these came in the box, literally. The hardware bag had a hole in it and I had to find all the nuts, washers and studs lodged in the brake assemblies. No big deal, once all were accounted for. Installation was quick and easy. The units appear to be well made and sturdy. I have not pulled the trailer since installing but they seem to be as good or better than the original brakes.

These fit exactly to the Dexter axles to replace the existing set that were 20 years old, rusty and worn out. These come with new studs and locks and nuts. I reused the existing bolts and new lock nuts because I found them easier to reinstall, plus I don't trust studs in places where they are obviously going to rust.If you have ever spent hours of frustration, cracked knuckles and cussing before you get out the cutting torch, you know what I am talking about! The hardware looked well made and everything was put together properly. I hope the self adjusters work as well as they look. I couldn't ask for more. I love it when a plan comes together. I will be a customer in the future if I wear these out.
