Nice Bag But Be Gentle Because The Top Piece Comes Off Way Too Easily After Use. I Had To Buy Glue Because The Threads Strip Too Easily. It's Ok To Workout But Not A Hard Workout.

My kids, are happy with this they practice almost everyday, we have a little of a hiccup the speed bag wasn’t holding, had to a little modification, but great product great customer service and options once I advised the seller. We’ll look into other products with them.

1 STAR ⭐ I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND OF PRODUCT.Product was not nearly as exspected, right outta the box everything felt very cheap. I went ahead and assembled anyway and spared with it for about an hour. While sparing first thing noticeable is that the swinging arm had very cheap bearings and I was having to give full power exsposive force to get it to swing 360 degrees. (Side note I've used one of these before and it shouldn't require near that amount of force). Secondly while sparing the mount did bolt on to the base but it was still incredibly wobbly everytime I'd use it. The thing would actually be dodging my strikes at times, lol. Lastly I decided to use water to fill the base instead of sand, which both were listed as acceptable filling for the base, and it was constantly leaking, luckyly it was being used out doors. 1 STAR ⭐ I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND OF PRODUCT.

It is a great product, but it leaks and it doesn't adjust. My 10 year old son uses it, but prefers his punching bag over this.

This product seems more like it was intended for kids. Pretty small for the price, in my opinion. Also, the handle came broken when it arrived.

I gave it one star because it’s decent for practicing low kicks without having to hang a heavy bag from your ceiling but that is pretty much all it’s good for if you can actually throw a decent punch. Within about thirty or so well placed hooks the bag ripped right out of the plastic top and the spring bent within about ten. The plastic piece and the bolt on the bottom of the bag are just about impossible not to hit so bloody knuckles and plugs of missing skin are a sure thing. The swinging arm broke off as well and only after maybe a hundred punches, not to mention the pole that the arm is attached to sits in the base rather loosely so the whole contraption sways, effectively sabotaging its own ability to spin smoothly. I’m a welter weight and I broke it within ten minutes of its first use. Now it is solely used for practicing leg kicks and so far it’s pretty great for that at least although it leaks slightly if you kick it hard enough to tip it that far. Oh, and the cheap pleather bag will undoubtedly rip soon as well I’m sure or it’s stitching will bust. This thing is not for men. Soccer moms and kids only.
