I like the fan,.it provides adequate cooling for the area it is in, but the remote is an issue. Apart from being cheaply made, I've observed that it does not work after I've turned the light off or on from the wall switch. I have to remove and replace the batteries and reconnect the remote to the fan. If the remote goes the device is just a light.

Small and so easy to install. I use it on the patio and it helps with the summer heat. I wish it could go a little darker and more than 3 basic colors but overall we love it.

Received today and set up immediately. The fan does not work nor does the app. The light works fine, it is small for and easy to put together. The fan doesn’t work.

The fan has surprisingly good air output.Is whisper quiet unless you have it plugged into a hanging light socket. Ie corded light. Less quiet but still effective.We're having miserable heat here in L.A. so my daughter's bedroom was getting pretty stuffy.Got this fan was a bit excited about the app option but that's the one thing that didn't work for us.Contacted customer service to make sure I was doing things right. Tech support.After a couple of days working on the issue. They sent a replacement fan out free to see if it was the fan. Nope. Compatibility issue. They even replaced it with the same color fan as my original order. I'm on a moto g stylus plus 5g. Customer service and tech support on this fan are good.So while the app function might be a downside for me. The fan works really well as a fan, the remote works. And the company is trustworthy on customer service. So it's not a purchase you'll really end up feeling burned over. Which is nice. We have all been there.All of the lighting features work seamlessly.The light is adjustable and neither too much or too little output. Diffuser is good at distributing the light without casting shadows.Assembly is easy. Fan looks like the pictures.Extension for the fan comes with it and that helps with placement.Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.My daughter's room is 6'x9' roughly. This fan actually gives better air circulation than our living room fan that's a 45" hardwire fan. It's a nice solid breeze and air mover without being obnoxious.I'm just going to Velcro the remote by my bed.No range issues with the remote and it's not flimsy like some other companies fan remotes.Takes two AAA batteries. So if you have kids too. There aren't cell batteries to fret over.If it wasn't for the app issue this would be a five star purchase for me.

I needed this for a smaller room, almost closet like. It get very hot and stuffy in there and this helps push the hot air into the main living space. The light is very bright and is dimmable. I like the controls that are on the remote. There is an app but I did not use it or download to be honest. Its a small fan to move air and it works for what I need it to do.

This product is pretty easy to assemble and put up for a small size room. The light works well with the remote or in the downloaded app. It gives you three levels of light shade and brightness. It would've been perfect for the room it was installed in, except for the fan doesn't work. It won't work with either the remote or the app. I can hear it click like it's trying to turn on or off, but it never spins. I've tried to pair the device with my phone in the app, but it won't connect at all. It would be great if the fan worked. I don't know if mine is defective. I've tried several trouble shooting measures.Update: The sellar reached out to me about my fan not working. We tried to figure out the problem, but it still didn't work. The sellar sent me a replacement. It worked perfectly from the moment of install and putting the batteries in the remote. I'm very happy now.

A 17.8" fan blade I thought would give me more air movement, but maybe it's the bend of the blade that prohibits air from moving. You can still feel the air movement, but it's not as hard as I thought it should be. I'm still giving this a 5-star rating as it is quite bright and so easy to use. You don't have to wire it or call an electrician, but just screw it into an existing light socket and it will work great. It also comes with a remote control so you can leave the light switch on and just use the remote control from the comfort of your couch or bed.
