The zippers are heavy duty and glide easily. The strap could benefit from being made of some other material, although, I don't know what. It seems too wide and it is fuzzing up/pilling(?). It also self adjusts to make it longer without me wanting it to. It may be too loose for that buckle maybe or there again, a soft material problem. The pockets are each the perfect size for my things. It reminds me of a filing cabinet. Truth be told, I chose this one (after looking at a lot) for the zipper pulls. That's what settled it! Great buy!

Perfect amount of pockets, decent zippers, back zipper pocket, thick and sturdy strap, cute but simple, love this bag! I've used it for everything; hiking, dog walk, school run, trick or treating with my kids, purse for a lunch date... I'm so glad I picked black, it goes with everything! I may not use this for a dinner date because of the strap but if we were going with the kids or something I would. The zippers haven't been an issue but I have a feeling they'll be the first thing to go wrong in a year or so!
