Was hoping this woulda been optimal for my weight lifting sessions but was sub par not enough chew, sometimes felt as if I was going to bight right threw it.Might but what your looking for for an endurance spirt though, very breathable.

This thing is useless, the fit is horrible and I wish I could return it and get my monies back and buy a mouthguard that actually works. This thing is going in the garbage.

I bought this for mountain biking and it’s perfect! I wanted something that keeps my teeth from hitting together as I bounce down the trails.It stays on my teeth, big plus. It is way more comfortable than others. Small enough where Im not drooling or unable to talk.I’m really happy with it.

I am an adult female but most mouthguards for grinding at night are uncomfortable because they are too big. This one was super easy to fit and I sleep in it every night and I dont spit it out in my sleep like I have done with others that cost 4 times as much. I actually chewed through and broke a $200 guard, but this one doesn't make me grind in my sleep. Its saved both my teeth and my sleep!

Je l'utilise pour faire du derby et il est vraiment bien. Il tient bien, j'ai presque du mal à le retirer. Le moulage n'est pas compliqué si on suit bien les instruction et on peut s'y reprendre à plusieurs fois si on se rate.

So here's the thing, This is a neat little doohickey. It's extremely easy to fit. You put it in HOT NOT BOILING water. For 30-60 seconds then you pull it out with a spoon. Then you immediately stick it in your mouth, bite down lightly and immediately bend the edges up over your teeth.That said, I messed up a couple of times and had to immediately redo. You can reshape it at least 20 times. Says so on the box.I use this because I tend to grind my teeth and other mouth guards are too thick. This one is nice and thin. Comfortable.So why not 5 stars? Well, it's not easy to push it against your teeth so it's as smooth as the picture. It's a little lumpy, which is why it took me a few tries. It's still comfortable so 4 stars.Recommended? So far yes.

I use this mouth guard primarily for lifting/crossfit and they've really made some nice improvements. I used to cut the ends off the standard 1.6 to make it easier to breathe during workouts and this new model saves me that step. Also the mouth guard is smooth - the older version with the perforations used to tear up the inside of my mouth. The smaller size does make it a little more difficult to mold so expect to reform it a couple times but other than that a really great mouth guard for low contact purposes.
