Product is insulated very poorly and generates a lot of case heat. (Maybe to be expected from an oven if this size?) Buy an oven thermometer! The temperature dial is hard to dial in an accurate temp.Other than that, worked great for Tumbler sublimation once it got to temp.

This oven can not reach enough high temperature to bake potatoes and meat. It is for heating and warming food only. Heating element are very weak. Broil goes for 15 min. Temperature never reached 300 and up F. It is not an oven. It is warmer.

We're very pleased with this item. Easy to use and clean. When doing biscuits, for example, be sure to turn it to "toast" so the tops will brown. It's matter of reading and following directions and, sometimes, trial and error. But LOVE this item. (I do have a picture but couldn't pull it up.)

It cooks anything! We had an old toaster oven and decided to get rid of the old and buy new and this works astonishingly!
