Not silicone. Made of rubber and is way too thick to be of any use. Find another product.

This silicone hose is perfect for replacing hardened rubber hoses under the hood of your car. The silicone is not bothered by oil/gasoline or heat, it stays soft and pliable for years. The smaller sizes have really thick walls compared to the opening size to resist crushing from a vacuum. The included clamps should save you another trip to the auto parts store.

This hose is a solid choice if you need to replace multiple vacuum lines in your engine. It's flexible, durable, and the length is just right. It handles heat well, though I’m unsure how it would hold up under boost pressure. For vacuum use, it works great. It’s also a good value, especially since many auto parts stores no longer carry vacuum hose. It’s definitely worth the purchase, and you’ll probably have some extra for future use or to help others. The hose has a strong, high-quality feel. Since this is my first time using this brand, I’ll wait to comment on its heat resistance and long-term durability until it’s proven itself.

I ordered this for a small vacuum-pneumatic project, and it works fine, if a little stiffer than I'd like. I'm sure it's more suitable for its intended automotive purpose. It's meant for vacuum, so it's got very thick walls so as not to collapse inward. It's not rated for any significant positive pressure, I'm using about 5 psi in my application with no worries, but I wouldn't recommend it for shop air.Several sizes in the package, and some spring clamps, to ensure you'll have the size you need to get the job done.Good value for anyone who does a little shade-tree mechanic work, or likes to work on small projects involving vacuum or low-pressure air.

I ordered this package with multiple lengths of vacuum hose because the cost is comparable to a single 1 ft length of Toyota original vacuum hose. It's practically identical to what I am replacing and I'm getting so much added value. I have 4 more ft of the diameter that I need and the other hoses that I'm sure will be used in the future. Each hose is the stated 5 ft and the clamps worked great. I still had the original clamps but figured I would replace them since I have new ones. Highly recommend.
