Product arrived in good condition, but was surprised to see the poor quality of packaging. For a very expensive tool for precise measurement cutting, the product was shipped in just a plastic bag. My assumption expected

This cutter does not start and end at the same spot on the glass, which makes cutting a circle impossible without breaking the glass in half. When ending the score at the spot where the beginning score began, the line is off by as much as 1/4". I've tried adjusting it on the rod, but it does not help. I simply can't afford to ruin expensive glass like this. I had high hopes, but they soon diminished.

I would have preferred that the measurements could have also been in inches.

This is absolutely the best circle cutter. I have been suffering for eight years with other brands. It is like cutting butter and after watching the very simple you tube video I was an immediate expert. How did I miss this for so many years.

Best thing since sliced bread or glass, as the case may be. At first I was like this thing better be gold plated and made by fairies and magic for this price. Having used it, I can tell you this circle cutter is worth every penny. It cuts glass like butter.
