the drawer model is the best and easiest to use. love ability to put contents into drawer rather than lifting up to my chest and fits seamlessly into the counter. Great space saver.

Ok so the microwave operation is exactly as advertised. Two issues that I’ve requested responses to which have yet to be answered.1) not sure why, but I get excessive moisture through the bottom of the microwave onto the wood and drawer below.2) this comes with a 3 year in-home warranty but nothing comes with it telling you if such nor how to use.If/when I finally get closure to these issues now outstanding for over a week I’ll update accordingly.UPDATE: Item #2 has been resolved. The distributor helped resolve by sending email with perfect instructions on how to register.
