Our vacuum-phobic dog finally put a small hole in the original hose to our Shark Lift-Away Navigator vacuum (which is an amazing and highly recommended vacuum, btw). This replacement part was a perfect fit and the newer hose is more flexible than the old. Quality is on par with the original part I replaced. Highly recommended.

After many hard years of use, our Shark Rotator XL Professional developed a split in the lower hose. To the internet in search of a replacement! After several minutes of searching the model name and number (NV90), I found exactly ZERO direct replacements that claimed compatibility with this model. Even the Shark website seems to have forgotten that this model even existed. I called their customer service, but the rep could not find the model or part in their system. It had been ret-conned out of the system. The person on the other end of the line gave me this nugget of knowledge: "If you can find the correct replacement part somewhere, then it should work." Brilliant observation! I wasn't aware that is how replacement parts work!So, back to Amazon. I browsed through dozens of similar parts for other models and found this one matched most closely, at least visually. So I took a chance and ordered it and, to my delight, IT FIT!!!The quality of the materials seems equal to the old part and snapped easily into place. The hose is nice and heavy but flexible, and the clips click tightly into the fitting of my obliviously obsolete vacuum.

As a family of 7 we are rough on vacuums and this replacement hose absolutely did the trick. Somehow the hose busted and I didn’t want to buy yet another vacuum so we took a chance and this worked perfectly! I don’t even care that it is white and doesn’t match which is saying a lot for me!

I purchased this hose to replace the hose that had a hole in it. I was not able to get the bottom part detached until I used a pipe wrench to get it off. Once I got it off, the new part went on just fine. It looks and feels sturdy and durable and should last many years like the old piece did. I highly recommend!
