I am 5'2 162-166lbs I have a 43 in waist 41 in hips and I bought a M 👌 I will admit my husband HAD to assist me with zipping it up I had to lay on the bed for the zipper part but the hook part I was able to do on my own and I'm starting on the first hook with hopes to get to the second hook. This waist shaper is Great for the price and I chose the S bones in stead of the oblique bone design because it was stronger and a more acceptable fit in my opinion.

Okay so to start off I’m 5’5 and 185 pounds and started with a L. I started wearing it Feb 3rd 2025 and I wear it M-F 8-9 hours a day while at work. Im writing this March 3rd and I’m already ready for a Medium. Now for the actual product I LOVE the quality, very nice, it’s held up great with how much I wear it and how much I move around while wearing it. It has also helped my posture sooooo much!!! Get it!!

Good quality I can’t lie. I’m 5’1 weight 142 ordered a M and I managed to get it hooked to the third row. It felt a little big I could have done a Small. It wasn’t compressing the bottom . I do have to mention tho , the chest was just not it . I don’t know how else to explain it . Let’s just say if I wanted to wear this under my work clothes it’s a No. At least for Me . Didn’t have issues with the zipper it was just fine . It felt comfortable, it did shape the waist . It was adjustable (I adjusted the straps ) everyone’s body is different so don’t get discouraged not to try it . It is a good value . You do get what you paid for. This was just my experience.

Snatched! This is the MOST comfortable waist trainer I’ve ever owned - not only does it compress you just right it also gets your back fat! For reference I’m 5’7 250 and have a longer torso.. usually I am a 1x but with this the xl fit me perfectly.. for a tighter fit I guess you could do a l. Hope that helps! Highly recommended 💕

You know I’ve seen this same faja advertised in other websites for way more money and it’s the exact same one. It’s not a Colombian faja but it’s not bad for a faja. It snatched me up and it’s not too tight; still able to breathe and move around. I just started getting into fajas after my friend let me try her Colombian faja she got in Colombia but for the price this one isn’t that bad. And I like using at the gym too so the fact that it drys up quick after washing it is good.

So far so good. Very comfortable. I did have to pull it down a couple times. But that’s kind of with most waist trainers. No bruising, nothing sticking me and not to much lift in the breast so they want be up to your chin lol

I waited about a week to actually order this, I couldn’t figure out what to order because I’m in between size S & M. I’m between 145-50 pounds, and have wide hips. Everyone was saying downsize, but I wanted a comfortable tight fit, not an unbreathable harmful fit.Based off of video reviews and such, I decided to order M. It still is very tight, fits very well and I’m glad I decided to order this size instead of S.It is more comfortable than most waist trainers I’ve used before, and the back support and shoulder straps make it look and feel comfortable. I’d say worth the money!

Receiving the item I can say that the faja is a good quality and nothing was misleading. While trying it on it was difficult to zip up , had to try to push the two fabric together in order to zip it up(note a bit stretchy, not that elastic). After the first use , it was easier to get it on , no problem with zipper and stayed up .Therefore, if you are questioning sizing I say if you are okay with the Fit being snatched and tight then size down (maybe if your in between sizes) but if not than purchase the size you usually wear. So far I like this faja and i do notice the help with keeping my posture upright. I’m around 5’5/5’4 and my weights fluctuates from 149-155, hips about 38” and waist 31in and usually my clothing in S/M. The size I selected for myself was small and I am very comfortable in the faja. I can also see how it is helping Shape my waist! I’ll update later !

I love it. It really smooths out those unflattering rolls. I'm 5"9, 250 lbs. I have a long torso so I was skeptical at first. Can wear under my clothes, hides well. Gives me a figure. I got the xxxl. Fits perfectly, with the compression you want.

This faja was very good quality, and for me the fabric felt soft and was comfortable. There are a ton of hooks to adjust the size and the zipper felt sturdy. I'm 5 ft 1, 33in waist, 43in hips, and I'm 145 lbs. Some of the reviews said to size up, some said size down. I took a chance and I went with a medium, my normal size. For me, I wanted that snatched look and that's what I got! If you're looking for back support or post partum you could size up by 1 or 2, depending on how much compression you're looking for. Because there are so many rows of hooks, I'm sure you could adjust it too your needs. Yes, it was a bit of a challenge to put on but because it's so sturdy, I wasn't afraid to really pull the sides together. Initially, I used the last row of hooks (the hooks were also very sturdy). I did try the second last row of hooks because the last row of hooks felt surprisingly a tiny bit loose to me. I still felt comfortable on the second last row... when standing up... Unfortunately, the faja is too long for my torso, my height comes more from my legs so my torso is short. When I would sit, the boning would dig into my hips/thighs and it would also push my boobs up too high and made my chest look weird. Sidenote, because of the size I chose, I still got the side boob, it wasn't as noticeable as other products I've tried but you can still see it. I tried adjusting the shoulder straps to the smallest size but it was still too long, so I had to return it. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. The nice thing was the outside packaging is reusable, the bag had another sticky strip so I just reused the same bag to return it (but that only works if you open the bag where it indicates you should open it, otherwise you could cut or tear that strip off). I would have really loved to keep the faja but the length made it too uncomfortable for me.
