Book took a hot minute to arrive, but I was super stoked when it did!It’s built well-not overly plastic-y feel to it.Only 4 stars because it’s super tight and very difficult to get into the zipper pockets without having to slow down, put everything down from my hands and very deliberately pry open the book.I’m hoping to with time it’ll soften a bit and loosen up.All in all a good book!

Quality of the booklet is fine, but the image of the cherry blossoms on the front and back are very stretched and skewed. Doesn't look great. Going to buy another one to see if it's any different and return this one.

While it’s not mine, I got feedback from the person to whom it went. Great value for the price. Zipper pocket perfect for keeping tips safe. It’s quite attractive, as it’s appearance goes with the color scheme of the venue in which it is used. Enough pockets to keep a credit card, loose slips and ones checkbook safe and in good condition. The bonus of the pencil puts it over the top. The pencil top stays secure in the holder while one uses the pencil, and is easily recapped. One will never lose ones pencil! Fabulous product. I do wish it had metal corners, but it seems very durable, so it’s still a five in our book.

$20.00 is a little steep. It is pretty. It's construction isn't any better than other server books half it's price. Plus, the pen has no tip and is unusable.
