Installed these in the cab and cargo light on my 83' Ford Ranger. They're plenty bright, but they don't last very long. One of them got really hot, popped, smoked, and half the lights on one side went out within 10 minutes of installing. The other light kept working, but now is constantly flickering and on its last leg after only a few weeks. Hate to say it, but probably best off buying the more expensive name brand lights.

This LED 921 bulb is extremely bright. Sure it is brighter than stock bulb, but surprised me that it is even brighter than other LED bulb that I have on the right, one of the brightest brands known.Installing is as easy as any other plug and play LED bulb.I left the longevity in the middle star just because I don't know yet. I only have it installed couple days now.

I originally had a similar set of reverse bulbs that didn't have the leds along the sides of the bulb and they were very bright. I replaced them with these because of the additional leds and they are a step above brightness. I deliver food in western north Carolina especially at night I need to see behind me, these do not disappoint. I would buy these again. I can't speak to longevity as I've only had it for a short while.

These worked great as cargo lights for my 2020 F150 but when I used one for the 3rd brake light I occasionally get a missing key fob error when I go to start my truck. This is a known issue when trying to use an LED bulb as the third brake light due to the sensitive electronics in the start circuit when holding the brake pedal down.

These bulbs are VERY BRIGHT, and appeared to be a quality build. The manufacturer has designed them to have 8 LEDs on both the front and reverse sides and 4 LEDs on the edges. That gives a total of 24 LEDs. Subsequently the design, other than the part that inserts into the connector, is a little larger in order to house the electronics. Depending on your particular application, these bulbs may or may not work. If your fixture has supports around the base of the bulb (such as my 2007 Honda Accord trunk light), or perhaps a reflector that goes around the base (such as for map lights in my 2004 Suburban), these will not fit. You will need an LED bulb with a round base. Where you have more space for the bulb, such as license plate lights, door panel courtesy lights, these will work just fine. As I mentioned these are very bright, extremely bright. So if you use them for a door courtesy light, they might almost be blinding at night since they are in fairly close proximity to your eyes. I will leave these in my particular application for a while, to see if the extra brightness is worth it.Also given the number of LEDs, it’s entirely possible that the electronics are going to be exposed to more current and thus get hotter than a bulb with fewer LEDs. So I don’t know how long the electronics will last. For intermittent applications such as for door panel lights, I think they would work just fine.
