for as much as this cost it should last for years. secco used to be a good brand so I bought this nailer hoping it would be better than other brands I have gone thru that tend to last about 6 months of heavy use before they start messing up. this one was messing up within a week, not setting the nails and jamming constantly it appears well made but did not last. I will probably order a rebuild kit for it, I think the issue is the firing pin which is usually the problem with these 23g nailers, I don't know why no-one can get it right. I am a cabinet installer and 23g is the number one railgun I need to use we can't put bog holes in finished materials but I am constantly battling these pieces of junk failing on me mid job.

Definitely more money than the average pinner but you'll be handing this down to your grand kids - worth every penny.
