I ordered these after using some 1/0 lugs of the same brand. The lugs are true to size, perfect fit for 4awg copper cable. They lugs are of good quality. If crimped properly the lugs are bullet proof. The lugs are made of thick, tinned copper. I use a hydraulic crimping tool that makes the lugs very easy to crimp well. I have not had one of these lugs fail because of a bad crimp. The heat shrink provided is of good quality and seals the crimp connection well. The heat shrink has adhesive that makes the seal weather resistant, which is great for my use since the cable I made will live in the engine compartment of my truck.Over all, great buy, quality product, easy to use, durable

These lugs are exactly as described. The lugs have a thick layer of tin coating, and the lug itself is ample thick, which means it will make a secure and tight connection that will last, and be resistant to corrosion in the saltwater environment I'm used to.I used my hydraulic crimper to crimp one of these lugs onto a piece of #6 cables I had laying around, and it crimped great, didn't crack. I also have the #2 AWG lugs from SELTERM and this size also was great quality.I'm pleased with the quality of these lugs and the value of this kit, and I'd order again.

Great quality. REALLY. These are tinned already to help you solder the wires inside, the heat shrink tubing is 3:1 ratio, double walled with sealant! I've used things like this for my professional career of almost 25 years and I can say without a doubt, that these are some very high quality lugs. This size is for 4 gauge wire and a 5/16" stud (8mm). You can crimp it and leave it, or heat it up and add some solder to really solidify that electrical connection. Simple to use, fit is perfect, really great product.

There is not a lot you can say about a simple item like this. The connector is made of solid material and are Tinned. It is made for 4 gauge wire with a 5/16" hole and does fit correctly on a 5/16" bolt. The shrink wrap looks good, feels like it is a good thickness and shrinks around the connector and wire for a good solid wrap. I use these in my solar system setup for connecting batteries to my busbar. Recommended. JohnnyF

These connectors look good and the sizes were very consistent between a few that I measured from the bag. The lug itself has a cross-sectional area about the same as a 3awg wire, but this is reduced quite a bit around the 5/16" hole -- I do wish they had made it slightly thicker on this variant. There's plenty of heat shrink and it's great stuff -- getting used on other connectors that came with inferior solutions for that part of the process!

Well made & heavy duty copper battery lugs. Offered at a good price. These are pure copper lugs that are tinned, perfect for harsh environments. The included heat shrink tubing are adhesive lined, perfect for waterproofing & added protection. We'll see how well they hold up. Ternimals are heavy duty and heat shrink with the glue inside worked great!!
