So, I bought this rack because of the price and size of the cabinet. I read several reviews that said “doesn’t fit 19” gear”. That was probably true BUT, the company that is making these has fixed the problem. Mine was a perfect fit. The casters AND the hardware is all very good. I will be purchasing a 2nd one soon.

Flimsy, and damaged with no signs of damage to the packaging. Also, the case was too wide for 19” rack gear. I tried to initiate a return, but I have to pay postage and deliver to a carrier.

Like most, I had the same issue. The rack width rail to rail was to wide and none of my gear fit. I wasn’t about to send the huge thing back, plus I had already removed the sticker on the outside.Instead of shaving down the gear’s rack holes to fit into this boy’s holes I took some of the cardboard it was shipped and cut and folded it to use as spacers between the rack rail and the wood. Removing the rails is easy if you have a ratchet or wrench. They pop off easily. Insert the cardboard and reinstall the rack. If you want to be fancy get some metals nuts to use as spacers that will fit the thread of the screw.Hope this helps. Don’t shave down your gear.

It’s a very nice product. I had the same issue as others with the rail holes not lining up with my components. Simple fix. Remove the rail by loosening the 4 nuts and put 4 washers for a spacer between the rail and side of case. I did this to the rails on both sides and everything lined up. I’m very happy with this rack case.I also like that two of the casters are locking to keep your case from rolling away. Once casters are installed the case gets very firm. Not flimsy at all.
