Using a material similar to seat belt material. I used these and they cut great. Have one in both vehicles in case of emergency.

I like the fact that they are sharp. I have 2 on my school bus that will not cut paper let alone a seat belt. Mechanics said they were okay. But I chose to make sure I would be able to get all my students off in an emergency. In 44 years I have never had to use this, but do not want to take a chance in the last 1.5 years I work.

I easily twisted it while trying to see how sturdy it was, and it split open along the seam. Then the blade fell out.So don’t twist the plastic housing!The other one still works well a a letter opener.

This was just what I needed. Working at the airport I was not allowed to have any kind of knives or scissors but this cuts just what I needed to cut. Very inexpensive and very effective. I love it!

Good and worked well, but to big for what I wanted them for. I wanted something that I could put on my key ring and have to help me escape a seat belt quickly, but these are about half the size of a one dollar bill. Too big to put on my keys, but I could have it in my pocket anyway. They worked well cutting some strap I have for making things with, and seemed to be decent quality
