It works better than my old worm out electric jack. Installed on 14k 22' enclosed trailer. The motor is slow, sounds weak. The jack is solid tho. The auxiliary crank works well. The led lights are a joke.Time will tell if this jack lasts. Installation was easy.

i have the 5300 ones and this one handles the weight well - the 5300 strains.

This item is super easy to install! So far, I've no issues (installed it 12/9/2024) I will update this review should I have issues to report.
