My regulators seem to keep multiplying, so I chose this new bag to carry my primary use set. It has a ton more features that my most recent bag, which was really just a deep, padded circular compartment with a drainage port and handle. This one is of similar size, fitting my singles kit first and second stages easily, and padded to protect them well. Each of the internal four straps is designed to roll back and stick to itself, a bit awkward at first, but it works to secure all the hoses. I love that the bag has a shoulder strap, which makes hauling my gear to boats and the car much easier. I tried to use the included small zip pouch around my pressure gauge and compass, but the zipper is awkward around the attached hose, and mine is not a quick release, so it can hold my dive computer watch instead. I have to admit, though, I’m at a loss with how to use the remaining storage. Perhaps the narrower zip area can hold my underwater camera cleaning kit or save a dive kit, but most of that has to stay dry while the regulator bag tends to get wet when we pack up our regulators after dives. The outer mesh pocket can’t be used for anything too important because it is definitely not secure enough to be jostled around a dive deck. I’ll have to think about that some more. Otherwise, I am happy with the bag overall. The build quality is comparable with others I’ve owned, and it will serve its primary function well.

My large dive bag has a non-cushioned compartment fitting the regulator and octopus, and - while these can take some abuse, my experiences with boat dives and rough sea made me always uncomfortable. After all, the regulator and octopus are some of the most critical and sensitive equipment. Finding this bag made me feel that it would be a good investment. The bag itself is well-cushioned and fits a standard regulator and octopus well. Knowing that my regulator is well protected provides some extra comfort during travel and on rough boat rides. There is an extra cushioned bag for the dive computer, extra batteries for camera or flashlight etc.. While it is not fully waterproof, the double bag would probably shield it from the usual wetness of a dive bag. Large holes in the bottom provide some drainage. The exterior has a water-repellent coating, the interior cushions are more porous. The zippers have large loops, which is very helpful with wet and cold hands. Room for improvement would be to use salt-water resistant zippers, which don't crust up and become hard to operate. The optional included shoulder strap is a bit flimsy, but it will do.The price is pretty decent compared to the usually overpriced diving brands. It is a simple, padded bag. If this was for instance sold as bag for computer accessories or not as SCUBA accessory, people would find it expensive...

This bag has just what I need to hold my regulator set. The bag is padded to help prevent damage when the bag is packed into the larger scuba bag. It has a couple of holes at the bottom to help water drain so that you have less chance of mold. There are Velcro straps inside that help to secure the regulator items so they aren't shifting around too much. There are a few mesh pockets - 2 outside and 1 inside. It also comes with a smaller padded bag that can be used to further protect a scuba item - like your wrist dive computer or pressure gauge console. This bag is exactly what I needed to help carry and secure my regulator set, log book and dive computer.

I have to admit, I had higher hopes for this case. It’s a little small compared to the soft sided regulator case I purchased at a dive store. The integrity of the case is best described as mid-weight. It’s not flimsy, but it’s not higher quality either. The zipper works fine but when I took the small case off, the plastic clip was so brittle it broke in my fingers.I won’t use this for my regulator as planned, but I will use it as storage for a paddle board inflator instead.

AMAZON VINE Review of the SLINRKE SCUBA REGULATOR BAGI have been “collecting” new scuba equipment for an upcoming extended diving trip in early 2025. My two sets of dive regs both have three air sources (Primary, Octopus, AIR II) so I can safely help a buddy team if the need arises. After 50 plus years of teaching scuba it is hard to “downsize” to primary and Octo and both of my back-mount BCD’s are already set up for the Air II system and I am SO comfortable and familiar with it. Add in the inflator hose and a full computer console with compass and you have a large “package” of life support equipment to protect.I needed new regulator bags to accommodate my rigs with space for some selected extras as proved possible. When AMAZON offered this new version from SLINRKE I ordered this one right away. After packing the first, I will be ordering a second one before my trip. This SLINRKE Scuba Regulator Bag is an excellent choice for divers looking for organization and protection for their regulators and gauges or computer. At 13.8 inches long, 3.2 inches wide, and 11.8 inches high, it is an ideal size for holding a regulator with octopus and computer and other small accessories. The adjustable and removable carry strap allows for versatile carrying options as a crossbody bag or attached to larger luggage. Both options free up your hands for other tasks. Free hands are VERY welcome when you are trying to get your gear on and off the dive boat in a single trip.Crafted from high-quality waterproof nylon material, this bag is both tear-resistant and durable, designed to withstand heavy use on frequent dive trips. It features 8mm thick foam padding to provide shockproof and wear-resistant protection for your equipment. The two LARGE drain holes assure that any collected water has an easy path OUT of the bag.The double locking water-resistant zippers, comfortable wide rubber handles, and reinforced stitching add to its strength and durability. The interior is designed for easy organization with a main compartment for regulators, plus a detachable zipper case for your computer console and an interior mesh pocket for small equipment like O-Rings or dive gloves, There are four Velcro straps to wrap hoses securely so the reg does NOT slide around in the bag.SEE THE ATTACHED PICTURES.There is a second well-padded zipper compartment for phones, keys, wallets, logbooks, and pen and two outside mesh pockets that I use for a water bottle and some protein bars. On the “back” side of the bag there is a BIZ Card holder for easy Owner ID and a cross-style luggage strap to hang the bag on the handle of larger wheeled roller bags.Consider this bag FIRST for the excellent protection it offers your most important equipment. The foam-padded interior with soft cushioning material keeps your regulator and computer or gauge console safe from impact, while the four Velcro straps secure everything in place, preventing any shifting during transit.Your SECOND consideration should be ORGANIZATION and suitability for ease of loading and unloading for setup at the dive site. The bag OPENS FLAT for inserting and removing your regs and computers. EVERYTHING is visible and accessible except the contents of the extra zipper pouch and even that is ATTACHED to the bag for easy retrieval and access. This bag was designed by divers with consideration for beach and boat setup using a LIMITED amount of space around you to gear up your tank and regs for use. Even if you have to work out of your lap on a narrow bulkhead bench seat on a crowded boat you and your equipment will look like old pros even if you may not feel that way. Watch what the “regulars” are doing and emulate them. They will be geared up and chatting while others are still pulling their fins out of their gear bag.And ALWAYS ASK if you do not know. Your boat crew and the Divemasters are happy to help, but divers are gregarious people. We are happy to share knowledge or simple tips to make the gear up process smooth and error-free. Remember that ANY problems that YOU might have WILL delay us getting into the water, too.“FIX IT BEFORE YOU ENTER THE WATER!”Words to LIVE by!My first “regulator bag” was a hand-me-down bowling ball bag from my father in 1959. It held a Voit double-hose regulator and a hard to replace OVAL mask from La Spirotechnique. Adding fins and a “straight” snorkel rounded out our “dive gear.”The horse-collar BC came 20 years later in 1979 when Greg Flanagan “created” it so cavers could avoid silting up cave dives caused by dragging our knees along the bottom, but even in 1959 we had the Mae West style “safety vests” we got from Coast Guard surplus. The CO2 cartridges had all rusted in place and were useless, but you could still blow some air in through the skinny bite tube by your left ear. And yes, it was AMAZING even then.Scuba diving has come a LONG way to become a sport with exceptional equipment, quality national training organizations and professional dive shops that make it easy for ANYONE to GO DIVING!That includes 78-year-old guys like me who still enjoy diving after 70 plus years of doing it.The SLINRKE Scuba Regulator Bag combines PROTECTION, ORGANIZATION, FUNCTIONALITY, DURABILITY, and STYLE, making it an excellent choice for divers who want to keep their LIFE SUPPORT equipment pristine TO and FROM their favorite dive sites whether out the back door or halfway around the world! This AMAZON VINE Review of the SLINRKE SCUBA REGULATOR BAG is FIVE STARS!Five Stars for heavy NYLON material, waterproof Zippers, 8mm PADDED POCKETS, Lockable Zippers, ID Holder, Multiple Accessory Pockets AND Computer Case attached inside the bag.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! …and SO MUCH BETTER than a 1979 Bowling Ball Bag!Thanks, AMAZON!Mark in North Carolina
