Sandpaper tends to get clogged up when it's applied to certain types of oily wood like cedar and pine. Because this product is a mesh, it avoids that problem. The quantity given here as generous and should be adequate for a lot of use. I will probably order this in finer grits.

I used this for a small home project and it worked well.I was able to sand my drywall where I needed and it was easy to use (though I do recommend wearing gloves if you’re using your hands and have sensitive or soft skin).I didn’t have any issues with it tearing, and I had plenty left over for any other small projects I want to do in the future.

This worked perfect for sanding drywall. I found the grit a little bit coarser than I expected, but it still worked just fine

I wanted to like these and maybe it was user error, but I didn’t get great results with this mesh. To start with, the mesh isn’t as tight of a weave as the other brand I used, and this might have contributed to the result. It tends to leave scratches that are quite noticeable. These results are with the joint compound from a tub and might be different with a harder to sand setting-type compound. I will give it another try with that, but as it stands this is a 2 maybe 3 star mesh and I can only use it for sanding down high spots on painted walls. I’ll update this review if I find different results with the other compound but for now look elsewhere if you want it for that purpose.If you plan to use this for something other than drywall, my experience there is a little limited, but it did leave scratches deeper than 220 should in soft wood but was fine on harder woods.

It is just the right size for attaching to a half sheet sanding tool. It is reasonably priced but you will have to cut the tape to the correct size. It is fairly tough and will last much longer than high priced purple sandpaper. This mesh does not tear easily.
