Bearings over tightened out of box (would not spin freely). Had to readjust (loosen) for a perfect function.Otherwise good.

The pedals work fine. The included adapter was easy to use. I use with Zefal toe clips that I mounted with zip ties.

I've put my full weight on these for miles riding my electric bike and they have saved me from slipping more than once off the bike. I have also crashed my bike or dropped it a few times and these can and have taken a beating nothing beats solid medal like these.

Used them for my pedal bike when travelling. Saves room and easier putting in garage of campervan. After several biketrips during holiday still working. Good material

The reviews were mixed but I've found these to be excellent and I'm thinking about buying another set for another bike. Yes you need decent finger strength to unlock the mechanism and yes it is better to squeeze the unlock to deploy them rather than simply lift the folded part but these are minor issues compared to the cost/value ratio.They are a good size and they do not move or flex under load and at no time is there a sense they might fold either.I'm very pleased with them, especially for the price.

These are good sturdy pedals. The ones on my bike were old and kinda messed up so we got these to go on my bike. Really easy to put on ranch tighten them down ready to go awesome. They’re good and wide got reflectors on them. Price was good. These are nice petals.

I am 6'1" and wear size 13 shoes. Compared to the now broken toe cage pedals I used these to replace, the straps are barely long enough to fit around the toe of my shoe. I would have preferred another inch or two. I will use the straps from my old pedals. Also, these pedals put your foot in closer to the frame, so the heel of your shoe hits the frame and the front sprocket on the way around. My old pedals did not do that.They seem well made other than that, so I have ordered pedal extenders and I will swap out the straps. I didn't want to send them back and experiment with other brands. But I shouldn't have to.

These went on perfectly, and have toe clips that open widely which is convenient and makes getting into them far easier. Rode the exercise bike last night and they worked very well.

Got the package this evening and installed the pedals in about 10 minutes. Going to take it out on the test ride tomorrow. It took a little finessing to catch the threads to screw them in otherwise in would have taken 5 minutes to install. LOLThe pedals fold up easily (I have a Zizzo folding bike) for transporting. The look sturdy and we'll see how well they last. I'd buy them again if I need to replace these.

So, we bought a "Mongoose" bike for a little one, and the left pedal was so tight---you know, it DID screw on and off just fine, but it had to be FORCED to *swivel,* as it's supposed to swivel around on its "axis"). Anyway, it was so tight, it'd fall off while he was trying to ride the thing, because his pedaling would effectively unscrewing the left pedal. (Ugh.) It happened over & over--and no amount of WD-40, etc.---and no manual adjustments I could try to make---did a thing for this kiddo's pedal situation.Schwinn to the rescue. When these really economical pedals (quickly) arrived, it took all of 30 seconds to replace the faulty Mongoose left pedal with the left pedal in this Schwinn set. (Of course, I replaced the right, too, so both pedals would feel the same.) Voilà! No problem!*Also*, these have good, good traction so sneakers don't easily slip off. (In fact, my older and much bigger kiddo wanted to put them on HIS (far "fancier"--nicer than most Schwinns, in fact) bike, because his feet slip off those pedals rather easily---his is a hybrid, not a racing/road bike with those toe things. And, because these have the adjustable screw-on thing that allows the pedals to fit different bikes, his plan to swipe his little brother's would have worked. But, instead, when the weather warms up, I'll just find him some nicer pedals, too--I imagine Schwinn makes equally good replacement pedals that would better fit his feet, too.So, I'd say, buy them!
