Really cute and fit well! It was really long which was great! I was wearing platforms! It wasn't see through at all, I was nervous it would be. The skirt felt like a really good quality, the fabric was heavy enough that it didn't feel like it would blow up in the wind. It was a little rough but nothing too unbearable! For that price, definitely buy it!

I was so very hesitant to purchase this skirt because of the higher price point, but when it went on sale during the BF Sales I decided to purchase and, oh I adore it. So much so that I didn’t hesitate to purchase a couple other colors I had my eye on at full price because it was after the holiday sales ended. It is that good. The fabric is thick a lovely but it still has a crazy amount of flow and movement. The style is so very flattering, hiding any lower stomach issues (like bloating) without seeming like it’s hiding something. Originally I purchased for a Ren Fest costume but when I tried it on I realized it would be a beautiful and elegant skirt for normally daily wear so I purchased colors for that purpose too. The material is just so high quality as is the sewing/stitching. This is no way looks like a cheap costume skirt! The material is matte but still has a slightly elegant shimmer if the light catches it right- not a shiny cheap polyester look at all. I can’t explain it well but it’s stunning! I am 5’2”, 24” waist, slim thighs and hips and so the waist is very slightly big on me but there’s so gaping or extreme loosenesses it just isn’t stretching at all on me so it still fits and stays up perfectly. With a corset I can fold the waistband over and have it sit higher waisted if I would look it to. As for length it brushes the top of my shoes when wearing low to no heels but it is fairly easy to adjust where the length hits so I think it would fit a wide variety of heights and the waistband is so stretchy and sturdy that it too would work for many different sizes. I truly believe it is well worth the money so if you’re on the fence I highly recommend it (plus free returns so, yay, for that). Also it is wrinkled when you first open it but honestly just shake it out and lay it flat and the worst will come out. If I’m in a hurry I’ll spray with wrinkle release and put it in the dry on low/no heat for about 5-10 mins and it is perfect! Definitely buying all the colors!

This skirt is so beautiful and twirly! And it has pockets!! Wore it to Ren Faire this past season and honestly can't wait to find an excuse to wear it again. It's so comfy!

It is a really thin, breathable fabric and it has a slip underneath so if you order anything light colored like I did make sure to wear garments underneath that are flesh tone and won't pop through. I ordered this to act as a slip under a costume so it's perfect. Order next size up. I always do. Easier to take something in, than to have to add fabric. 8/10 for design and comfort but the fabric could be thicker and more opaque on the slip

I’ve worn this skirt a few times now and I really might just end up buying it in every color. The color is as pictured, fit perfectly and hit me right at the ankles. The quality or the material is really good (I drove home in the rain on a highway with half my skirt out unknowingly). The material is breathable and a beautifully woven material. There is only stretch in the elastic waist band but with a beautiful flow to the skirt it’s the only place you need it. The versatility of this piece is amazing, you can be creative and wear it with so many things.

It's perfect. Lined all the way to the hem, with pockets for our goodies, in beautiful colors. I have this now in denim, dusty pink, white and purple and have just ordered two more. I guess it's time for a review already!I keep coming back because I feel beautiful when I wear these. The full circle design is flawless and flattering. The length is perfect for me to just below ankle at my 5'2". Most of the Scarlet Darkness maxi skirts are too long for me, but this one is just a wee bit shorter and works! The fabric is slightly textured and the packing wrinkles came right out when I washed and dried my skirts.That's another plus. It's super easy to care for these. The weight works for all seasons and I just layer in winter as needed. This skirt is wonderful with my corsets. The cost is a bit higher because the design and full lining take gobs of fabric to craft. The skirt is also created to last. You won't regret this one!!
