Bought this blouse to be a nod to the Renaissance fair I was attending -- and the top surprised me with the thickness (quality) and how cute it looked with black linen pants. The fit was roomy but not too big -- would say true to size. I purchased a small. I'm 63 inches/125 pounds. I thought that I would only wear this on vacation, but it's now in my drawer of favorite shirts.

Cute and comfortable, and the color is really pretty, but the fit is off. According to the size chart I should fit a Large but it is VERY loose. It did shrink a little after washing, but still fit more loosely than was flattering. A medium probably would have been perfect, but since I've already washed it I'll just tailor it to fit.

Beautiful lightweight top. Color and style exactly as pictured. However it shrunk a bunch in the wash. I recommend sizing up.

This peasant blouse is really pretty. The color is perfect, and it fits according to the size chart. I like the detail of the eyelet embroidery on the sleeves and the fabric-covered buttons. However, the fit is a bit boxier than I expected. This might be too short for you if you're tall or have a long torso.

I got this shirt to go with some other pieces I have from Scarlet Darkness. I am a big fan of their brand style. The clothes fit so well and are so unique and this shirt is no different. It fits true to size, the fabric is light and cool, and the quality is great.

This is such a cute top for either casual wear or cosplay. The fabric feels thick and not too sheer and is soft and comfortable. The fit is true to size and looks like the picture. My one tiny gripe is that the fabric on the buttons seems a little bit too tight in some places and I am a little worried the fabric will wear off the buttons over time

It's a rare cotton offering from Scarlet Darkness, and I'm loving it! The color is lovely, the crinkly texture is really nice, and the peasant blouse style is modern enough that I could wear it as a everyday top. And it worked wonderfully with my linen corset (also Scarlet Darkness), which was the reason I got this. The neckline was a little bit difficult. The strings looked weird untied, but bunched up when I tied them, until I opened the top button. (I think this would have worked better with a keyhole right above the first button.) Overall, no complaints at all!

This shirt is nice enough and matches the listing photos - the fabric is comfortable and it is decently made. It washed and dried with no issues and isn't very wrinkly. It will be great for festivals and other costume needs. Now I just need the right skirt to go with it!
