Fits my Jeep, but the plastic was so warped that it wouldn’t snap in, even if it did it wouldn’t be flush with the body.

This was a bit more difficult to install than I thought it would be. It continued to fall out and would not latch so I had to add a couple of zip ties inside to keep it from falling out each time I inserted the key and opened cap. Looks good though and quality is great.

I like this fuel tank lock a lot. First off, it looks great and looks better then just having that little hole that comes with a stock wrangler. It has great security, easy locking key that just attached to my key ring. It was a little hard to get the stock fuel holder off but once I got it off this product just popped right in. I decided to get this due to the prices of gas going up and had a few people in my city have their gas syphoned out. This is just another way to protect my vehicle. I know there are other ways people can still get the gas out of my jeep but I just want to think twice with that lock on there.

First one did not fit, second one was a perfect fit. Door will detach from body. Clips were not holding frame in

This fuel filler has a great appearance design and really dresses ip the fuel fill area of the base Wrangler.As many others have reported, the upper locking tabs are not sufficient to hold the assembly in place-particularly the upper left tabs. And, no, it doesn't help to push on the sheet metal from behind. And, do not attempt to push on the locking tabs from the inside of the fuel filler door as they easily break.I applied a thin bead of silicone adhesive behind the assembly to hold the whole thing in place. If done carefully, it is not visible at all and makes the assembly solid. Just don't expect your gasoline to be "locked up in a vault". It's more of a nice looking addition that is a mild theft deterrent. If the locking tabs worked as well as the OEM fuel surround, I would have given this five stars.

Just received this cover and couldn’t be any happier. It’s my second try at finding the right fuel cover. The first was from a different seller and was a fail; returned it the next day. This one I just now installed and it’s great! I checked it against the original and it looked exactly the same. It snapped into place and doesn’t budge. Even the rubber ring was stiff to keep the gas spout from moving around. I’m very happy with the price and the quality. It’s the only one with a 5 star rating.

I was a little taken back upon opening up the package thinking it may not be the easiest to install but to my surprise it was! It took me about 10 to 15 minutes to install and I do recommend if possible to have someone to help you as it does involve removing the tail light. But other then that I recommend it and it not only looks nice but gives me a sense of security.
