First...the doors themselves are good.We were told the doors were being picked up on Monday and then we would have them in 3 days. I warned the kids that they would be here sometime this week and what to do. Guess what showed up Tuesday night at 10 pm?The instructions are horrible. Then they give you an email address to ask questions but might take 24 hrs to respond. When they do respond, they say those aren't our doors,, so you have to send them a picture of the instructions to prove otherwise. Great. The seller and manufacturer are not the same. When you email the seller about the problems they send you another set of instructions that are for a different door!Do not use the anchors that come with this if you can't hit a stud. Go to Homedepot and get heavy duty toggle bolts.Either way, they are up and wife loves them...

Looks beautiful just as described, good quality barn doors. The doors and the bars come in two separate shipping and the description does not mention that. They need to give the total weight. The installation manual is very basic. The doors are heavy and not to hang on drywall. Should give option for using plywood and studs.

These doors are exactly what we expected. They came in super heavy wooden boxes protecting them from any damage (unlike other sites I will not mention)We love them!!

The original door I order was not available do the seller co tasted me and offered a substitute that I accepted. The items were all shipped as advertised and arrived when promised, well packaged. The installation instructions were clear and the doors look good as the advertised pictures in the sales ads. I recommend this vendor.
