This product wont fit bmw s1000rr 2022 model , it is painful spend 1hr to take of the trim and parts then the product not fit at all , the top radiator and the bottom both not fit

I installed this on my 2020 BMW S1000R.The fit needed a little bit of bending to fit in. I didn’t notice the size ft tape they provided and it’s such a tight fit don’t even know where I could have used it.Did not come with Instructions. Thought could have been helpful.Also after installing, there wasn’t any room for the OEM washed for the metal lock, so went without it. Let’s see if the whole thing will fall apart of not.

I know you might be able to figure things out, but some instructions would have helped especially were to put the foam strip. Looking at videos on YouTube, other brands seem to come with instructions...will have to sit and figure this out. Box looks re-used, like it may have been re-used, perhaps a returned product? Maybe explains "no instructions".Update - wasted my afternoon on this. Top holes don't align, radiator guard is not curved enough, relies on you bending and pushing it in. Very unhappy for wasting 3 hours on my time with this, who can I send a bill to for my time. I've been in design and manufacturing, it astounds me how some companies can release sub quality products and get away with it.

It looks great and firs well except for the holes at the top of the radiator. They did not line up correctly and had to bend the tab just a bit to get the screws back in.

It only takes a small stone or other hard object to puncture your radiator or oil cooler to leave you stranded this stainless steel guard takes care of that no problem. It looks good too! Why buy plastic for such an important job go with STEEL!

Should have purchased it right away before spending $1200 on radiator replacement:) what a small stone can do :) the package was on time, without any damage. The installation was very easy. I didn't quite have a chance to monitor how it affect temperature, but so far so good.

I found that the product had some fitment issues, leading to a less-than-satisfactory installation. Due to this, the installation took a couple of hours of bending and adjustment to get it installed. One side still ended up over the plastics and one side was under - not great. Bending and adjusting the screen to get the clips in, the finish was damaged. It's either due to manufacturing issues or shipment damage, although the box seemed fine. I did like the choice of materials to make the screen.
