It is very comfortable but trying to recline it is horrible. Practically have to get off it to get it to recline. Wish I had bought an electronic one instead

I loved the heat and massage but it was a little smaller than I expected. When it arrived I checked the actual specs vs online specs and they were a little off. I contacted customer support and they were more than willing to make me happy. Because of this I have to give them a high rating. Customer service is always the make or break for me, and a lady by the name of Loren was a pleasure to deal with.

This is not worth the price. The heat and massage features are so underpowered that you can barely tell they are on. It’s hard to recline and the foot rest doesn’t like to stay all the way up. Comfort level is moderate at best. I don’t recommend this loveseat.
