I got the 1.5mm 22g nose rings. Other reviews say the gauge is not accurate but the ones I received are true 22g. They are more shiny than more expensive brands I’ve gotten on Amazon. They’re cheaper and you get more of them! The diamond is held in by 4 prongs so it appears sort of square but that might just be because the 1.5mm size is so small if that makes sense. The end is not sharp like some other brands. Not sure if they fall out or not… I’ll update in a few days

I highly recommend these for a couple of reasons: value, the quality of the metal, the fact that these are prong-set so the gem doesn't fall out and, the biggest reason, they are between a 20 and a 22 gauge. If you're someone who likes to go back and forth between a 22 and 20 gauge, these are great to have around to wear for a while in between. They are labeled 22, but they definitely aren't -- but they are smaller than a 20. The only downside is the gem itself is not sparkly at all. It's polished, yes, but it doesn't catch the light like other studs I have. So it can look a little dull depending on which color you're wearing. I don't like the dark-colored ones for myself but maybe for those it doesn't matter. I had to rebend these to fit with a small pliers and that was very easy to do.

I ordered these for my nose and actually got the wrong size but they work. They’re the smallest gauge you can get but they fit. Sometimes it falls out easily when I wash my face but again they’re cute and they work just fine.

I enjoy how thin the nose rings are - yet, the metal portion before the L curve is still too long for my nose. What I mean by this is that the stone sticks out of my nose and you can see some metal versus it laying flat across my skin. I read in some of the comments that it was smaller in this aspect, and I found that not to be true with me. On the plus side, I was able to take a small pair of pliers and change where the bend was - thus making the nose ring short enough for my nose! The metal did not break when I re-bent it, and it now fits my nose perfectly.
