I own a cleaning company and use many mops. This mop is heavy duty, and lasts through many uses. However, the reservoir is small, and the spray button is awkward to use while mopping. Would purchase again, but improvements could be made

The mop heads were not included in the package. The ad includes a picture of two cloth mop heads and also says in the description ""Head material Microfiber" and "About this item Height MicroFiber Head" indicating and suggesting that mop heads should have been included in the delivery.
