These are great pants. I went skiing in them and fell down multiple times and stayed warm and dry.I wear size 28 in jeans, hips 40. These pants fit beautifully. I went with a small for a slimer fit, but it does make the pockets useless even though the pants have good stretch. If you want accessible pockets or a loser fit, size up.
