The rose concha cutter works somewhat but you have to push down pretty hard, the middle part didn’t work but its still kinda pretty.

I found that it was better to stamp the topping before putting it on the dough, and then trace the stamp with a knife. It might not look promising before baking, but they come out so pretty! I wish I had taken a picture.
