Fun little remote control. Got it for my son. He enjoys playing the music and it handles really well. You can press another button and bring the eyes to life where it rotates through colors. That along with the rising legs (where you can control the front and back legs to rise and rotate) allows you control to get up and over small obstacles. He hasn't tried the wrist control but everything else has worked real well.

My nephew is autistic and while he and my mom used to have a dog, they really don't need another one. My mom is too old and lazy, I'm not being mean, just honest, she'll tell you the same. My nephew is 6'5" & close to if not more than 400 pounds but, is scared to be outside for more than 5 minutes, doesn't matter the time of day or night. And talk about lazy, he is the epitome of the word. Not totally his fault, he really was never taught any better which, blows my mind b/c we were raised to always be doing something, if our chores were done, you better look like you're doing something else or they were going to find something for you to do. But, I know, raising kids is completely different from raising grandkids, so I'm told. My point is,2 ppl this lazy, old or scared, do not need a dog, it isn't fair to the dog. My nephew is a genius when it comes to thi gs he's I terested in applying himself to, technology and electronics being the top 2. So I figured this was perfect for him. He gets a dog that he doesn't really have to take care of and should keep him interested in it. If they didn't live with us, I don't know that I would have given it to him. This little dog is so much fun. You can make it do all kinds of little tricks, make it run In circles, the possibilities are almost endless. I had so much fun with this thing. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that it's kind of loud. To be fair, my ears are way more sensitive than most. But if you put it in dance mode where it plays music, it is really loud, probably just sorta loud to most. It comes with a remote but, also comes with a little contraption that you can put over your finger & strap to the wrist and control it that way. It really is the coolest thing I've seen in a while.

Awesome robot dog to with many features..I bought this dog for my kids for Christmas, received it the next day and thought I'd test it out and I can't stop playing with it.The drifting action is so cool.Great deal for the price. My only concern is that it feels very cheap and not very durable.I didn't know if they have a warranty you can purchase with this but I would definitely get it.Other than that, love this toy

This is really an RC stunt car with a robot dog head. Nothing more, nothing less. It works exactly the same (even has exactly the same remote) as the RC stunt car I have. You can call it a dog, but at least give it some floppy ears, a tail that wags and a button that makes it bark.

This little dog is a lot bigger and heavier than expected & it feels quite solid and durable.I dropped one star because of the difficulty in opening the battery compartments on both the dog and on the remote too. To open them you need a tiny Phillips screwdriver which I happened to have. Once open you do not need to use the screws to keep them closed again. Also, the connectors are tiny and demand a good deal of fiddling to connect and disconnect them.AA & AAA batteries for the remote and d the wrist controller are not included. My unit came with only one lithium battery instead of the promised two batteries.Once you get the battery charged and have installed the AA batteries in the remote, the operation is simple & intuitive.I first hit the demonstration button and it automatically went through all its moves while playing a tune too. Very cool.Yes it is a real pain to charge and replace the lithium battery so you will have to live with that hassle. But it really is a lot of fun to play with. It has good sounds too.
