Note:

1. Roborock robot vacuum only support 2.4G WiFi.

2. Please notice the robot vacuum condition before buying.

3. The indicator of the dock should be solid on without robot and off once the robot is placed well on it.

4. The robot vacuum will report "charging" when it's connected with the charging dock correctly. Otherwise, the device might not be in charge mode.

5. The dirty charging contacts will cause two charging contacts at bottom of the robot will not well attached to the ones on the charging dock, please clean the charging contacts regularly.

6. Please kindly double confirm if the charging cable and the slot of the dock are well connected. Push the cable head into the slot at bottom of the dock very hard.

7. After spot cleaning or a significant position change, the robot will re-generate the map. If the charging dock is too far away, it may not be able to return to the dock and must be placed on the charging dock manually.

8. When the robot is cleaning, please do not move it manually to avoid getting lost direction and unable to return to the dock.

9. The robot will not return to the dock for mop washing if it does not start from the dock or no dock is found on the app map.

Unit didn’t even last two years for $1400. Constant errors with dirty water bucket unable to suction and function. Tried new seals and still doesn’t work. I could have hired a house cleaner cheaper to wash and vacuum my floors for two years. Disappointed in quality and lack of product support/warranty.

I got this for our household when our trusty Roborock S4 started to get glitchy, and the wife really warmed up to the idea of a robot vacuum that mopped and cleaned itself.And so we splurged and got the S8 Pro Ultra. It was very easy to set up and I got it going in no time. We have somewhat of a sprawling floor plan, and it can't do the entire house before going back to the dock and getting recharged, so it literally takes hours to complete the cleaning.I was a bit disappointed that it initially got stuck and had to be rescued in some places (watch out for those rocking chairs!) and despite its fancy obstacle avoidance system it still managed to get stuck on some power cords and the laces of my boots I had left out.Still - we hadn't mopped in a long while, and the floors and carpets now look great. It does seem to learn from it's travels, and the last couple of cleanings have gone off without a hitch. My wife is thrilled - and that, my friends, is priceless.Highly recommended.

Worth every penny! I have a 2400 sq ft house FULL of very light tile with 3 dogs! I have not had to mop or vacuum once since purchasing this 5 weeks ago. I run it everyday. Very impressed!!

Purchased this as an Amazon renewed product and it arrived spotless and looked brand new so I would definitely buy a renewed product again. Sadly this robot cleaner fell short in comparison with my previous one so I had to return it and will purchase the updated version to my old model.

Definitely not tested well and functioning. Received a product that would not drain the dirty water so I was left with a mess to clean up. Seems to work well otherwise but I can't just replace it because I had a $200 coupon when I bought it that I cant get again. Working with roborock support but now have to ship it for a replacement leaving me without one for two weeks instead of getting a replacement first and sending out the broken one. Hopefully it returns quick but as they are only shipping it via ups ground, I'm expecting a couple weeks for a replacement. Very disappointed that I received a broken $1400 purchase.Update: It took 3 weeks for me to get a replacement. The replacement is also broken....
