The stator seems to work as described. But the crankshaft position sensor (CKP) included in the kit, is the wrong one to send the correct signal to the engine control module (ECM). The original one on my 2006 Suzuki Kingquad 700 ohmed out at 190. The "new" one included from RM STATOR had over 220 ohms. Unacceptable! After installing and putting the engine side cover back on, filled engine oil, filled coolant, and connected all wiring plugs. NO START. C12 code on dash. No crank signal essentially. Garbage part. Garbage sensor. I suggest you buy a cheaper one and use your old CKP, that's what I ended up having to do.

Removed old stator, check the new stator same as the old one,repaired plug,installed all parts back texted 14.3 volts,fan,ligths 3500 rpm same voltage 14.3 volts ,great part,great price!! I do recommend!!!
