The reeds are more expensive because of the shipping but it's well worth it because the quality can't be beat!

I thought I was getting 10 Rigotti reeds for the price. But the Rigotti box came with 5 reeds. Rather expensive. The 2.0 plays stiff. More like a 3.0 or 3.5 on my Yamaha 4C mouthpiece. I also have the Rigotti 2.5 reeds, and they play very stiffly for a beginner. The Alto 2.0 and 2.5 Rigotti's play much better. Maybe, I'll grow into the tenor reeds. But I really like the Rigotti Alto reeds.

Every reed in the box played without having to work with it at all. The back of the reed is incredibly smooth because the logo is printed rather than engraved.
