Welded up easily, two pack option would have been nice but have two extra now

After cutting off the old 4 bolt bolt flanges, I used these over my obsolete hayes axles with 3" tubing. This allowed me to use newer dexter brake assemblies, as the hayes are not available. I layed washers down in a drum to get 1/8 spacing off the inside edge, tightened the shoes up to center, slid the drum on and welded the plates to the axle. I did have to grind off the little centering ears on the new flanges, you can also just flip them around to the back side. They didn't seem to match the center bore in the brake assembly. I don't think with 5 bolts (which matched perfectly) and centering before welding, that they would be necessary anyhow. The 3 1/8" hole worked good over the 3" axles tube. These were the only ones I found that truly fit 3" axles. All the others on the trailer websites, like the redlines, have a 2.75" bore and fit on the spindle, not the axle tube and would not have worked.
