This is a nice spot light unit for temporary, or permanent mount.I tried it out on my Ram truck, and found that my hood is aluminum, so I had to stick it on the roof. It responds well to the remote control, and makes a nice accessory for my truck.It is a bright light, but not as bright as I would have expected from the size of it. Not disappointing, but just not as bright as it appears it would be. It does a good job of illuminating the back edge of my yard, from about 200 feet away.It is well built, and looks like it was built to last.

For the price it seems to be great. I assumed the magnets wouldn’t hold it down at highway speeds so I added additional magnets to the corners and the center of the rubber pad. Turns all the way around and lights up pretty good for what you pay. Just installed today so I’ll see of something changes over the next couple of months. Only thing I would suggest is make the cord longer and add more magnets or higher strength magnets. Outside of that worked good for my needs. The motors are a little noisy but considering the light is supposed to be on the outside of the vehicle you shouldn’t notice it inside the cab.
