Had a warm drawer, ran diagnostics that said sensor was open, Ohmd out the sensor and it was indeed open. Replaced with this one using wire nuts, Voila! Cold again. Tech wanted an astonishing $750.00 to fix this plus the $125.00 service charge, I wasn't going to pay for his kids college tuitions.Working for a month now so I'll assume the part will last.

Our Whirlpool refrigerator wasn't cooling correctly. After doing some research, we discovered the thermistor had failed. Order this item off Amazon. Installed new thermistor and refrigerator started to cool great, Recommend and good value.
