Thought this would be cool, but it's kind of uncomfortable to wear and definitely not pretty to look at. Charging was a bit of a pain, not enough clearance to plug it in.

If you have slender fingers, then it will definitely slip off. Other than that, it works great. You just have to figure out another way to carry it.

This is my first time purchasing a ring style remote shutter. Every remote shutter I've owned has had problems staying connected consistently to my phone. I would click the button and the light would blink repeatedly, but no photo would be taken. So far, with this one, I've had no problems. I've only used it a few times, however, so I will come back and update if anything changes. It was super easy to set up and synced to my phone in seconds. It's simple to use. Just hold the button to turn it on and off and click the same button to take photos and video. It has an auto sleep feature so if you forget to turn it off, it will go into sleep mode. That is great if you are notorious for forgetting to switch off your remotes (ahem like me).I love this ring style because it's a lot easier to hold (and hide) in my hand than the standard oval remotes. The band is stretchy and flexible making it comfortable for me to wear. My index finger is a 7.5 ring size and it slips on and off that finger with ease. Also, the button is so quiet! I don't know why my other remotes have such loud clicking buttons, but they do. I swear if my neighbors listen hard enough, they could probably hear the clicking. Ok maybe I exaggerate a bit, but they ARE loud so I appreciate that this one is subtle.I saw another commenter had challenges with the placement of the charging port. My remote came with a charging cable and I had no problem using that one. The one that came with mine is not the same as the one pictured in that other review. If you use the one it comes with or any other micro usb that is low profile (because the charging port is in a tiny area) you should be fine. The only downside I see is since it is pretty small, I'm worried I might lose it. But hey, if that happens, I'll just get another one!

I was skeptical when this remote arrived. It seemed cheap and flimsy. But it works pretty well, from up to 10 meters away. The only time it didn't work was in cold weather when it failed to pair with my phone. I put the remote in my pocket a while to warm up, and then it worked again.

Not much to say about this product aside from me saying that it paired right up and worked with my phone. This could be really useful if you have your phone on a standtripod and want to trigger the shot from a distance. With it being a ring on your finger, its easy to mask it in the shot. It is one of those items that you won't likely use all the time but there is one side benefit that I've found with using it. When I try to push the button on my phones screen, to take a picture, I end up making my phone move a bit and potentially mess up the shot. With this item, I was able to firmly hold the phone and use the ring to snap the picture. problem solved!

The remote control does what the ad says. Small, easy to wear on the finger, quick response. However, the micro-USB charging port was in a poor location. The base of the belt would block the protection block of the USB line and makes it difficult to plug in the line into the charging port. You will not be able to push the head all the way in.
