Go to Youtube and spend 10 minutes watching video, shows exactly how to safely remove door panel and plastic clips without damage. Actual install is 4 bolts and a few minutes once door panel off.Make sure to reach into bottom of door and get broken plastic gearing out, or you will have a wonderful rattle.
