This part did not work to open my lift gate. It looks nothing like the mother board for the GM part and I was told that it needed to be programmed by the dealer for $300. I should have just ordered the GM part

Module worked from the jump after starting and restarting the car. All functions are working from key-fab and door panel. Excellent product, especially considering the extended warranty!
