I fish for bass mostly and use these jigs with a pork strip of various shapes. The frog mostly. Nice full skirts with good colors. Not a knock on the product but sharpen these like you would any other new hook out of the box but will say these are better than most.

I have to say up front that I have not had a chance to fish these jigs yet. I ordered them a couple of months ago, but it's still winter where I live in the northeast U.S. I've been fishing for over 40 years and I know what a quality product is. I'm very impressed with the manufacturing quality, the finish, the hook thickness and sharpness and quality of the skirt. I truly cannot wait to fish these with a twin tail or craw trailer. I have no doubt they'll attract bites. I will edit my review once I've had a chance to fish them, but for the money, these stack up to anything you'll find on the market.

These are nicely weighted fishing lures. With their darker color, they should be good in fairly clear water. The area that I usually fish in has a fair amount of weeds so the stiff bristles that serve as a weed guard should give good service. I have not tried them out yet as there is more than 12 inches of ice on the river but am excited to get out come spring.

The Reaction Tackle Football Jigs are good starter jigs or for someone wanting to have some extras to loan out while fishing (like for a child or friend that has never fished!). The hooks are sharp as received, I didn't need to touch them up. The skirting was entry level and I don't see it taking much abuse or lasting too long. Coloring and weight is good.

I've gotten on the water once so far this year. These worked great and are well made. They look great as well. Caught 2 nice bass on them first time out. Can't complain!

This is the third item I've tried from Reaction Tackle and I'm growing more and more impressed with their selection and quality.The jigs are well tied and the lead molding is uniform with great paint.The fiber weed guards are stiff, but not too stiff to prevent a good hook set.Skirts are of good quality and have held up well to fishing rocks and weeds so far.I'm loving Reaction Tackle more and more!

I absolutely love the jigs and hooks that Reaction Tackle makes. The skirt is soft and supple with great coloring. The hooks are stiff yet very sharp and the quality is great. Although I prefer Tungsten, these lead weighted jigs are very inexpensive and you get three. These are perfect for super hard rocky areas where you risk hammering them against boulders since you can just switch them out when they get too beat up. It’s also not nearly as painful if you get hung up and have to break off the jig. I just wish Reaction would etch the size in the weight like some of the other manufacturers do.
