I live 30-35 miles from the local broadcasting towers and I am able to receive all (around 40) the local OTA stations without a problem.I liked it so much that I purchased a second one. They have me considering "cutting the cord".As side note, I purchased both as returned items and saved some money doing it. They both look fine and work great.

We have a smart tv in the bedroom which we only watch maybe an hour at night so instead of spending money on a cable box for this room we thought we’d try this antenna- reception is great- very easy to install- you have to go into the menu and scan for channels but we get a lot of channels to choose from- picture quality is great- I did have to go to the store to buy a longer cable because my tv is on one side of the room and I have this antenna on my dresser next to the window which is recommendedThis antenna replaces an older one we bought at least 10 yrs ago

I live in 2 different locations as I'm considered what is called a snowbird. I have this exact antenna in Florida in which I get almost 60 channels clear as a bell in Florida living in the Tampa area. I decided to order one for my Michigan home. However, I live very close to Lake Michigan and there are many high bluffs and hills and tall trees and I don't apparently have a good outside wall in the direction needed in the area between me and any TV stations where this antenna can pick up a good connection to them. I wasn't able to get any TV stations to connect in my Michigan home. I was really bummed as I was really looking forward to more channels than what I'm getting currently on the system I now have. I still rate this product as very good product especially if you live near a large city. It's very easy to follow directions to hook up. All you need to do is follow them. I do recommend using a converter box though as that allows more channels to come through even on a HD TV.

It is pretty small, and light. At first next to TV or on Wall had 0 channels pickedup. Put it next glass widnow picked a a few, openned the window it picked up 50 channels. It picks up the low VHF channels well. Would recommend for people living in the city and with lots of windows in the house.

Rabbit ears would work better. I am 25 miles line of sight outside the major city limit where 90% of the NBC, ABC, CBS, Fox and other major stations are broadcasting and I could only get Fox with with drop outs. No other stations would lock. It may work if you are directly in the city, but so would rabbit ears in that proximity!

This TV antenna is very easy to install and picks up all of the local channels with good picture quality. Reception is wonderful. And the value for the money we paid was excellent.

Installation is easy and straight forward but you need to move it around a lot to get a good amount of channels. But the channels that are actually viewable are 100% clear.

I have a basement exercise room and home theatre. I wanted to add a broadcast antenna so I could watch broadcast TV while exercising or on a big screen downstairs. I was hesitant to install an antenna in my basement, because it's underground. I installed it in a portion of the basement away from my furnace and hot water heater, with the mounting screw high up on the floor joist. The amplifier was plugged in to a convenient outlet nearby and a coax cable run to a splitter. With that I'm able to watch TV in different rooms as clearly as if I was upstairs with a similar RCA antenna. Who knew? They work in basements!
