Not sure why but I cannot use the outside hole on my 13mm tip. The circular part with the sandpaper does not cover the tip on the outside hole and is about 1/8" too short. The one I returned (from China) covered it, but not this one leaves about 1/8" exposed and would not be sanded. Worked fine on the inside hole. I guess I will keep it, but not happy about it.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. If used properly and gently, it results in a perfectly flat ferrule with just the right amount of roughness. I did use some tape to protect the shaft from the clamp.

Sand paper discs are to corse..leaving top of ferrule to rough..make your own discs..tape up shaft before installing clamp or you will leave dents.. don’t understand why the manufacturer doesn’t coat clamp to prevent this..it works but could be much better
