I mainly play Train Simulator Classic but have also used this controller with Train Sim World 4, which came with the controller. Getting TSC to recognize the controller is a struggle. Sometimes the game recognizes it, sometimes not. It's really frustrating to wait for a scenario to load only to find the controller isn't working. Customer service was responsive but couldn't solve the problem.Coming from race simulations where you can assign buttons to act the way you want them to, not so with this controller, at least with the two games mentioned (the games have no function to assign buttons). The ad copy states "programmable buttons" so maybe there are other games that allow that. There is a good button schematic that comes with the controller for TSC but there's no support for TSW4. In fact, it appears the button functions change in TSW4 depending on the loco you are driving. The controller is heavy for being all plastic so I imagine the weight is due to a force feedback motor that doesn't provide much rumble. In fact, my xbox controller provides more force feedback than this controller. The sound is also anemic. The throttle and brake levers do not register changes well. There is a huge dead zone when increasing or decreasing the throttle. Controlling train speed is really important in train sims so this is a deal breaker.All-in-all, not much fun.

Great controller for anything train relatedNot too big, Not too small. The controller has a great weight to it.The horn switch is very flimsy.Cords are permanently fixed on the back so you cant remove or store them away.
