...the o-rings for the water pickup tube. I can't understand why in the WORLD these were left out! I mean, did somebody save fifty cents?Anyway I found one that worked in an o-ring kit I had and am hoping for some luck on the other which didn't appear damaged. Next year I'll order the o-rings separately.Other than that the kit was just what I expected, even came with the oil seal. Counting my other motor this is like, the tenth time I've replaced the water pump and so the job went as I'd planned - total time about an hour, working slowly and carefully.

Did not come with white/yellow cone part. Buyer beware.
