The packaging does the item no justice.I purchased this for a Christmas gift for my nephew. And when I saw the packaging, I thought I was going to be disappointed. So, I decided to put it together and bam, it was a pretty cool item. Easy to put together. I didn't want to put it back in the box.Because I thought to myself, if he sees the packaging, he's going to be disappointed.My nephew is 8 years old.He opened his gift for christmas and he truly loved it! We all did! The only thing that I can see not lasting too long. Is the thin metal Pole. But, if you're handy? I'm sure you can come up with some great ideas! Definitely worth the purchase!

Everything you need is in the box, from parts to tools to gloves. For some reason, I expected the punching bag to be more of a soft bag. While the base that gets filled with water or sand is made of hard plastic, the punching "bag" is not. It feels like a cross between a soft plastic and a hard foam, kind of difficult to explain.The poles are thin but will move when the "bag" is hit.It would've been nice if the red circle and center on the "bag" lit up when hit, but this is a battery-free toy (which is also a nice thing!).I like that the height is adjustable.

Simple to put together. It comes with everything needed to assemble. I had hoped to get the grandbabies outside and away from the TV. This worked perfectly for that. They have been playing for hours today, just like the good old days when kids played outside. Good times! Thanks for a fantastic product to share with my grandson.

Easy enough to assemble, but even with the base filled to the brim with sand it's still a little unstable when used. The extension pipe itself is a bit thin, and the assembly instructions show a different larger bracket to tighten it, but all it really is is a washer in the kit. This causes it to constantly rotate when used as it can only be tightened so much without destroying the plastic mounting rings. The gloves are terrible. and for some reason this thing comes with an air needle for an air pump... There is nothing in this kit that needs to be (or even can be) inflated so that was very strange.The spring is good, thick and responsive, and the head itself seems to be well constructed.

The Size on this punching bag and quality is well good enough and perfect for kids starting off in defensive activities like boxing/karate. The box has beautiful graphics and shows as pictures. Has all items shown. Great to get little kids to get their energy out. And it was a reasonable price item as for a gift. I would purchase again and gave it 5 stars.
